Waverley Medical Practice The aim of Waverley Medical Practice is to provide excellent primary care services to all our patients in a caring and effective manner.
You can now order your repeat prescriptions online. You will need to come in to the Practice to supply us with your email address and a form of ID (e.g. passport, driving licence, bank statement, utility bill). We will then give you a letter with your registration token and you can go to myvisiononline to register and create your account. Once you have done this, you will be able to select items from your repeat prescription to be ordered. Please allow the usual 48 hours turnover before attending the Practice or your allocated pharmacy to collect your prescription.
We now have a texting service that we can use to get in touch with you. Please call or pop in to let us know your mobile number so we can keep it in your records and use it to get in touch. Don't forget to let us know if your number has changed.
Our premises are within a purpose built health centre in the centre of Coatbridge with easy distance from bus stops and train stations. We have a large car park with disabled spaces and excellent disabled access within the building. We are now the largest practice in the area and we have around 18,000 registered patients.
Please telephone 01236 422311 between 0830 and 1100 and 1430 and 17.00 and select OPTION 7 - your call will then be directed to one of the Duty Doctors who will deal with your appointment request. Further details HERE
You can find information on how to request a Prescription HERE. We now take repeat prescription requests over the phone - select option 3.
