General Information

Our premises are within a purpose built health centre in the centre of Coatbridge with easy distance from bus stops and train stations. We have a large car park with disabled spaces and excellent disabled access within the building. We are now the largest practice in the area and we have around 18,000 registered patients.

Appointment System

Please telephone 01236 422311 between 0830 and 1100 and 1430 and 17.00 and select OPTION 6 - your call will then be directed to one of the Duty Doctors who will deal with your appointment request. Further details HERE

You can find information on how to request a Prescription HERE. We now take repeat prescription requests over the phone - select option 5. We would ask that you call after 1000 or 1530 to avoid our busiest times on the phone lines. You can still ask your local chemist to arrange reordering of your prescription and we will shortly be introducing a service for requesting your repeat prescription via the website.

House calls

House calls are for those patients who are housebound or too ill to attend the surgery. If you require a house call, please try to call 01236 422311 before 10 o'clock in the morning and select option 6 to speak to the duty doctor. See HERE for futher details.
