We are delighted to introduce the Link Worker Programme to Waverley Medical Practice.

This service will provide support to patients with financial difficulties, housing issues, those who have undergone a loss and bereavement, as well as promoting self-management of mental health, and providing support for those in their role as a carer.

If you feel that this service may be beneficial to you, please speak to the GP over the phone, who can arrange a referral if appropriate.
