Antibiotics

We find that many patients feel that they need an antibiotic to treat infections and symptoms of infections. However, most common infections are caused by viruses and these will not respond to antibiotic treatment. Antibiotics treat bacterial infections only and even in some bacterial infections, there is no need for antibiotic treatment as your body will deal with the infection and clear it.
